What exactly is an AI agent?
Software that does a specific job in your business, like replying to leads or chasing invoices. It uses the same tools your team uses and follows the rules you set.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We handle setup. You tell us how you like things done and approve the messages before they go out.
Does each agent really have its own email, phone and computer?
Yes, where the job needs it. An agent can have an email address on your domain, a phone number customers can call or text, and a secure cloud desktop to work in web apps.
Which tools can you connect?
Most common business tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, calendars, CRMs, QuickBooks, Zoho, WhatsApp, Slack, booking systems and many industry apps. If a tool has no connection, an agent can often use it through its computer like a person would. We will confirm in your audit.
Will customers know they're talking to an AI?
Agents are honest when asked, and you choose how they introduce themselves. They hand off to a person when a question needs one.
What if the agent makes a mistake?
It can happen, so we design for it: approved templates, limits on what agents can do, human approval for important actions, and logs of everything. We tune agents closely in the first 30 days.

What does it cost?

How long does it take?
A Starter Agent takes about 14 days. An AI Team takes about 30 days.
What are the ongoing costs besides the care plan?
Things like phone numbers, AI usage and any software you subscribe to. We estimate these up front, and they are usually small compared to the setup.
Do you work outside Canada and India?
Yes. We work with businesses in Canada, the United States and India.
