You own it
Accounts, phone numbers, email addresses and data are set up in your business's name wherever the provider allows. You can see and change everything.
Least access
Each agent only gets the access it needs for its job. No shared passwords in chat. Logins are stored in a password manager or the tool's own access system.
You see everything
Every message and action is logged. You approve templates before launch, and important actions can require a human yes.
People stay in charge
Agents hand off to a person for anything sensitive, like clinical, legal, financial or policy advice.
How we handle data
- We only connect the tools and data an agent needs for its job.
- We use AI providers that offer business terms and do not train their models on API data by default. We tell you which providers we use for your setup.
- We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it to build things for other clients.
- Data in transit is encrypted. We use two-factor login on every account we manage.
- For clinics and insurance, we keep health and policy details out of agents unless your systems and agreements allow it, and we follow your compliance rules.
If you leave
You keep the agents, accounts, templates and data. We hand over access, remove our own logins, and give you a written summary of how everything is set up.

We design setups with Canada's PIPEDA, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and US state privacy laws in mind. We are not a law firm. For regulated work, we follow the requirements you and your advisers set.
