Who we are
HireYourBot ("we") sets up AI agents for businesses. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Information you send us through the audit form or by email: name, email, phone, business name, website, industry, team size, country, tools and your message.
- Basic technical data from our web server, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept in server logs.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
How we use it
- To reply to you and book your audit.
- To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your information.
Client data
When we set up agents for a client, the client's data is handled under our agreement with that client. See Security and data ownership.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under PIPEDA (Canada), the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) or US state laws.
